Indian Cress is widely grown in the South and South-western regions of Brazil and used for both medical purposes and cooking. This plant is rich in sulphur and ascorbic acid, and, when applied to the skin it has anti-sceptical and anti-oxidant properties and helps in the control of oiliness and microbial action.
